HONEY COMB BREAD BOARD
Honey comb Table Tops 1HT provide the base on which
precision optical and laser work is performed. The Honey comb tops have a honeycomb core
inside. Honey Comb table tops meet high requirements for rigidity, flatness, vibration
isolation and damping. We work constantly to improve the design, weight and
cost-effectiveness of the table tops. We offers a very wide selection of mirror mounts
covering applications from stable inter-cavity optics to simple beam turning mirrors. When
selecting a method of mounting mirrors it is important to consider the required stability,
range and sensitivity of adjustment. The mechanical constraints of the system and ease of
mirror replacement may also be important. For a larger range of adjustment, choose a
"gimballed" or "close-proximity" mirror mount. Both of these provide
full 360 degree rotation of the mirror about the mid-point of its surface.
"Bracket-type" and OneTouch mirror mounts provide an inexpensive and simple
method of mounting.
Optical are
ideal for constructing prototype and semi-permanent instrument set-ups. These boards are
available in 2", 4", 6" thickness and variety of sizes. Boards are supplied
with or without threaded holes.
These consist of ferro-magnetic stainless steel(400 Series SS) and aluminium honeycomb.
Top and bottom skins of steel are bonded to honey comb with epoxy adhesive. These are
internally damped.
FEATURES :
Top Skin : Ferromagnetic Stainsless steel of 6mm, 4mm.
Core : Aluminium honeycomb
Core Density : 9lb/ft3
Working : working Surface provided with tapped holes M6 at 25mm or 50 mm
Center-to-centre distance. Other options on cutomers request.

VIBRATION ISOLATION SYSTEM
Pneumatic Vibration Isolation Systems
ensure low resonant frequency almost independent of load. They have automatic leveling
valves and an autonomous air supply reservoir. Body of a support leg conceals the
equipment (leveling valves, hoses). Many of the isolation systems designs and builds are
subject to unusual requirements. These may include vacuum compatibility, thermal
conductivity, or high performance at extremely low frequency. Passive vibration isolators
are more common and are usually adequate to meet requirements. In cases where higher
performance is required, Sandvic builds active vibration isolation systems. The active
elements extend the isolation performance to lower frequencies or reduce the vibration
transmissibility significantly at specific frequencies. Isolation is used to separate high
vibration areas of a structure or system from areas where significant vibration is not
desired. Vibration isolation is often a practical solution to vibration problems in the
case where transmission paths for vibrational energy can be identified and physically
modified. Vibration isolation is almost always more effective at higher frequencies.
Examples of the second kind include isolation mounts for noisy machinery, pumps or motors.
| Load Range- |

| Pressure Range- |
0.5-1.9 kg |
The pressure in isolators varies with the load. An air
reservoir provides replenishment. When required, it may be refilled with a car pump. Keep
the pressure between 1-2 kg/cm².
