4 Laser Beam Steering Unit
Laser Beam Steering Unit employs two flat mirrors, two servo motors, belts, bearings, gears, and an azimuthal slip-ring assembly to point the laser beam and receiver field-of-view anywhere in the sky.Increasing demands on the accuracy and repeatability of manufacturing processes are occurring in all industries, from electronics to automotive; medical to aerospace. Challenging manufacturing tolerances that were once confined to semiconductor process lines are now appearing in other sectors such as gauging, fibre optic communications,Polarizer flat panel displays and nano-machining, where components are getting smaller and more intricate. 4 Polarizer Mount
Polarizer Mount can be rotated 360 degrees independent of the other.Polarizer mounting rings permits easy and convenient interchange among the various polarizer materials.This enables rotation of the polarizer from 0 to 180° in respect of the IR beam and features a graduated scale for accurate measurement.These are useful for enhancing sensitivity in grazing angle measurements using specular reflectance accessories and for molecular orientation studies.Again, the connections on the electronic board of the sample compartment originally dedicated are used: power,sensors, etc. A magnetic film holder that slides into the 2” x 3” is also available. Some mechanical and hardware parts of the this device are also used. The special holder works with the same components as the it. So, the rotation step is 1° and the orientation of the sample is adjustable through 360°.
